We pack your goods with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can. Find out how to estimate shipping fees and delivery times below.

 

PACKAGING

  • Posters, photographs and art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers. 
  • Framed items and Canvas items are bubblewrapped and covered securely and placed in corrugated cardboard which is secure and safe for shipping.
  • Acrylic Products are wrapped in tissue paper, bubblewrapp and covered securely and placed in corrugated cardboard which is secure and safe for shipping.

 

PROCESSING 

Once you have placed your Order it will then be processed and placed in with our team.

Manufacturing times vary according to each product. Below is an estimate timeframe of processing and manufacturing times.

If you require urgent processing (as we aim to please) for a special date please contact our team.

Please Note:
  • This is only a general guideline for our processing times. See your art's product details to see how soon a specific item is expected to ship. Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times.
  • If you order a combination of in-house and special order posters and prints, the order processing time may be 5-7 days (we will ship those items together in one shipment).
  • In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be restocked soon. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment. Rest ssured we will contact you if there is a delay.
  • Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in Australia.

Shipping rates vary depending on the type of products you order and your location. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking is not provided for international standard shipments.

 

FAQS

Is my package insured?

The Art and Framing Company guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

No unfortunately we are unable to provide this service due to the size of some items.

Authority to Leave:

All items dispatched from our factory will have an Authority to Leave stipulation. This means that if you are not home, the courier has the Authority to Leave the parcel at your door. We recommend that you select to have your goods delivered to an address where someone will be there to accept during business hours.
