Shipping & Delivery
We ship all over Australia and World-wide. All orders must have a fixed address as we are unable to deliver to a PO Box address. We suggest an address where somebody is there to receive during business hours. All orders will have an Authority to Leave stipulation where by your goods will be left at your door if no-one is there. If you have special dates for delivery please advise us in the Special Instructions field when placing your order. Your goods are packed with extra care to ensure it arrives to you as it was shipped.

Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your e-mail address or any personal information with any other company. We strictly use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and fulfilling your order.

We will use this information to provide the service requested by you; process, fulfil and follow up on your orders or queries and create and maintain your account. We may use this information to provide you with information on your account and the products or services you purchased from this service. We may also send you promotional information and/or special offers about products and services offered on this service which we think may be of interest to you, unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive such promotional information

Returns & Replacements

With our 100% Product Guarantee we want you to know that we care about you! We don't just want customers, we want fans! If you are not happy with your Products we'll either re-do it or issue a full refund*. You can contact our Customer Service department at: sales@artandframingco.com.au or by phone at +61 2 9519 9080 within 14 days** of receiving your gods and we'll take care of you!

*Please note:Your order(s) may be refunded or replaced within 14 days of order receipt. **After 14 days, our Guarantee is not applicable and orders cannot be returned or refunded.  

If your products have been damaged during transit, you will need to take a photo of the damaged product and/or damaged packaging and email photos to hello@artandframingco.com.au. From there we will get in touch with you and correct this for you right away. Upon contacting us, further details on replacement procedures will be provided. Please save all packing material, as it will be required by our Courier Company to inspect to determine if the package was damaged by them in shipping. If you have any other questions about returns please feel free to contact us.

We aim to make ordering as simple as possible online. If you have any issues with ordering please contact us as we are always happy to assist. Once your order is placed and received we will process your order where all goods and manufacturing our handled by our team.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments received and processed are completed on our secure site and processed through Eway. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number at checkout, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your credit card is not stored.
